Workout Journal Week #44

Last week I was not quite as active than the week before. My initial enthusiasm has decreased a bit, but I think that is quite normal. Below is a record of my daily steps:

On average, I took 8104 steps. I was quite surprised to see that last week’s results were better than on week the week before (8104 > 8014). Perhaps my Sunday results saved the week: I spent a few hours window shopping. That proves my point that mall walks are effective workouts! If you don’t have energy to do anything else, do window shopping (but leave your wallet at home).

According to my training log, I walked all week.

  • Monday: 40 min walk
  • Thursday: 30 min walk
  • Sunday: 20 min walk
