Ok, the title may be a bit of an exaggeration. 🙂 I took a new set of weight loss pictures last week, but because of all the hassle, I didn’t get to publishing them before.
I think you can see – especially from the front picture – that my belly is shrinking. Not so much from the side pictures. That’s interesting because for the last 1,5 months or so my weight has been on a standstill. It has hovered between 69,3kg – 69,8 kg (that’s 1.1lb). So nothing much has happened weight-wise, but my belly fat is burning away. Very good.
I can feel myself that the rolls in my lower abdomen are shrinking. My jeans feel loose and baggy and I think I need to get a new pair of jeans soon. Besides, spring is just around the corner and we soon get to shed outer layers of clothing in Finland. I can’t go around wearing baggy jeans anymore.
What would all the eligible bachelors think? 🙂
I’ve been very happy with my new workout schedule (I switched to working out in the morning before I start working). I’m always energetic and in a good mood when I start my day after a strenuous strength training session. It’s quite different than the mornings where I don’t do anything physical – maybe I should start doing some cardio on the other mornings?
When the weather gets warmer, I could even start taking brisk walks outside.
I can also feel the effect of my increased strength training (I went from 1-2 weekly workouts to 3 workouts – except for last week which was a catastrophe). I’m clearly stronger already and I can feel how my posture is improving. I’ve worked hard at strengthen my weak lower trapezius and increase the mobility of my thoracic spine. Still, my posture always collapses when I work long days at the computer. 🙁
