Like I mentioned in my perfectionism post, I’ve lost approximately 3.8kg (~ 8lb) in the last four months. I decided it’s time to take a new set of pictures so I can compare them to the last set of weight loss pictures form August.
I stopped taking my monthly comparison pictures because I was so pissed off with myself. I wasn’t losing any weight; I think I was actually regaining though it’s difficult to say because I started regularly weighing myself again in October.
Here they are, from side and from front. This is how a 4kg weight loss looks like on my tummy,unfortunately though it doesn’t reveal the fat I’ve lost from my face. I’ve also lost lots of weight from my “upper belly”, below my breasts, so that I now have an inkling of waist.
From the front:
I must say it was much easier to make my butt fit into my size 8 (38) goal jeans than before but it will still take a lot of time before I’m able pull the zipper up.
Maybe next fall? My weight loss rate is ~1kg or ~2lb per month. (I joined the Slowest loser group in my forum). 🙂 I’m not in a hurry to lose weight any faster, even though I wouldn’t mind it either.
Any of this weight loss wouldn’t be possible, if the last four months hadn’t been relatively stress free. There hasn’t been big upheavals in my life. Regular weightings, food journaling and not burying my head in the sand has helped, but I don’t think it would have been possible for me to stick to the good habits if wasn’t relatively stress free in the first place.
So making some changes has certainly paid off.
What comes to my workouts, they are going well. I’m all but finished with FBB and I’m now contemplating on what program to follow after that. I don’t think I go back to doing the Full-Body-Licious just yet, I still need to work with my strength.
